Plastic profiles
Easy to cut and customised for the right application and use. We sell plastic profiles from 4mm thickness up to 200mm. The plastic is manufactured in plates/plastic discs and can then easily be cut to the right size and dimensions. 
 
We can also produce strips in different sizes from 20 to 500mm wide and thicknesses from 1 to 3mm. Available in white, black and yellow colours.
 
The plastic is easily processed using a variety of techniques:
  • Sawdust
  • Cut
  • Water cutting
  • CNC milling
  • Drilling
  • Welding

  • Density LDPE 0.92
  • Density HDPE 0.94
  • Coefficient of thermal expansion 1.4mm per 10 degrees Celsius
  • Water repellent
  • Resistant to most industrial chemicals
